Motog g Pending at Service centre for 2 months

Dear Team,

My moto-g mobile No. 355004059441082405944086 is with Service Centre THE NET SURFER since 04/02/2015. The mobile was under warranty and its LCD was to be replaced. After almost more than one moth, the mobile was handover to me but the voice part was as per them is the part LCD was not replaced. They hanedover the mobile to me and advised that they will call in 2-3 days for replacement. The mobile was of no use because of the said part so, I again handed over the phone on 19.03.2015 but till date the said part has not been.

It is very disheartening that such a high profile company is giving such a poor service. The mobile is pending for service from last two months speaks volumes about the deteriorated service provided by the service provided.

I hope you will intervene in the matter and my phone will be handed over to me in a day.
