Too much delay in delivery

I booked for sylinder (domestic) on 14.03.2014. I also received booking confirmation as well as generation of cash memo on 15.03.2015. I have already given copy of Adhaar, cancelled cheque as asked by the agency. I was assured the the cylinder will be delivered on 23.03.2015. But still not delivered till today (27.03.2015). Mr. Pandey an employee over phone has been assuring falsely in the matter.
