LPG Cylender not delevered till26.3.2015 after booking on19.3.2015

I have booked LPG cylinder on Mob.No.09669124365 on 19.3.2015.I had received SMS on my Mob. no.9425387433 of booking S.No.639785.When Cylinder was not delivered till 24.3.2015,I asked on phone,then I was informed that the cylinder will be handed over within two or three days.But at evening of 24.3.2015, I received a SMS that your booking has been cancelled.Why, please explain & do inquiry and punish the erring persons.
