La....te Delivery / No response on Phone

his is one Agency which believes in policy of keeping its Phones out of receiver so that no one can call them for any help/ problem.
Second when they will acknowledge booking made online , is not predictable. They refuse to acknowledge booking, saying software issues
Third you will never know when delivery will be made. It can range from 5 days to indefinite days
Need I say more .
