cylinder defect.

I am Sarada Prasan Panda. My consumer No. is 19512. The cylinder found defective on 27.03.15 i.e after switching off the regulator of the cylinder the flame of the Gas Stove is still burning. It was shown to the vendor on 28.03.15.He examined and said the pin of the cylinder remained in pressed position even after switching off the regulator but did not replace the same. My life is at risk. Please look into the matter urgently.
