Complaint against Urban Company regarding no action taken against theft done by their workers

We hired Urban Company house cleaning services on 14th Nov'20. 3 workers came for the job. Their job was to deep clean the house, dust, sweeping, mopping, clean the mirrors, clean the glass, vacuum everything. As per the site, they were suppose to come by 9.30 am on 14th Nov '20 and finish in 5 hours(maximum time).
The workers came at 9.30 am and finished at 5pm. 8 hours they occupied the house!
When they left, we noticed -
1. They didn't do their work completely. House was dirty, the kitchen and room windows were not vacuumed, the floor was dirty. They didn't take paintings down and behind the paintings there were spot marks, spider webs.
2. They broke one of our toilet cistern and the pipe connecting to the commode.
3. They broke hooks of a hanging mirror on the wall.
4. They broke our plants
5. They stole ₹5,000 from our ration money bag.

We had to clean the whole house our self again. We looked for the money in the house, incase we left it somewhere else, even taking 1 full day before making a complaint to the company.
Urban Company refuse to compensate us for the theft or the shoddy job their workers performed. They made several calls to us, to understand the situation but no concrete help was provided.

    I recently (01-05-23)availed services from this company for the repair of my AC unit. I was charged a total of Rs.6276/- for the repairs, and I expected to have a fully functional AC after the payment was made. However, to my dismay, the AC were still not working despite the payment being made and again i complaint on 30-05-2023 again their man visited my place and did some work on my AC, after 10-15 days again the problem persist and I am again following these guys but they are not responding.

    This experience has left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied as a customer. I believe in the reputation of this company and expected a certain level of professionalism and service quality. Unfortunately, the outcome has been quite the opposite.
