Dear sir/mam,
I have a complained against; M/s. ASVEGIS TECHNOLOGIES, addressed at, Orma, Gujarat; (A part time online job providing group).

I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. I joined the group and taken a project as well as agreed with their agreement to send my Aadhar card copy, the time period for 200 pages typing was 20 days, before proving the work task, they felt me that the provided task is very simple and easy (as normal as we do in our daily life), I beg them a sample copy but they denied. But when they provided the typing task, it was in very different font and some of the part of the script was unreadable and very difficult kind of operation (Typing and drawing images) was required. When I communicate to a group member of ASVEGIS, within the time period of taken task, and told them about my difficulties then instead of helping me or suggesting any way, they awared me about penalty, because of I was unable to complete the task, and after seven days I got a mail in reference of Minhaz M. Patel, who said himself a advocate, letter on this person called me and suggest to pay total penalty of 6074 Rs. within seven days, and also suggest that if I would not pay this amount within the given time period then I will have to present in SURAT court (Gujrat), I feel that this is going wrong and they cheat me, please help me and suggest what I should do next.

    I have also got this same threat and faced the same problem from this Man M.Patel..a fake advocate .i did some perttime form filling work for a company with my heart and soul perfectly , but they said ur work is wrong and got this type of same mail from this man Minhaz Patel , on the other hand there are many people faced the same problem by this man after doing some online perttime work ,basically it is a racket of ditch and fraud the people, pls take some steps against this illegal work

    S O Services, a company from Gujarat provided me like 2200 forms which is to be completed within 20 days and offered me 50000 rupees.i completed the task within 19 days and submitted the PDF through e-mail. Earlier they told me it takes about 3-4 days for checking the forms. I submitted the task on 26-08-18 and received the QC report on the very next evening. When I checked my work it stated " Your QC Report is fail". I was like totally shocked. They stated 482 forms filled wrongly by me which was totally impossible because I took 3 days for rechecking my work. When I called the help line no. they totally ignored my problems and started making false allegations on me and asked me to pay the penalty amount of 7700 rupees by 3 pm else they will take legal actions on me. I was completely scared and was
    almost ready to pay the penalty amount. Then my Chartered accountant cousin enquired about this company which doesn't even exist in reality. They are continuously harrasing me for penalty payment. I want to come out of this. Please help me out.
