Can't solve problems and this is fraud website consumer complaints board

Some fraud user write complaints against our institute in consumer complaints board...we contacted those people ..but those people are fraud, and not respond to us!! And consumer complaints board are not take responsibility to solve this problems!! And this is make harmful to our business!! And also they not remove complaints which are related to our business!! This website are totally fake!! Then in this matter I want to remove whole blog related to our business in consumer complaints board ..and also want to close consumer complaints website...

    When I call your toll free number then they reply that, this complaint is not available/ found???
