I bought a Maruti Baleno Delta from NEXA on 27 dec 2015 but it was burned on Saturday Evening (22, Oct 2016) it self , i didn't know how’s it's done ,
i called Maruti customer care , Nexa Customer care & insurance customer care every one told me kindly drop your car on your nearest authorize workshop , after that i called to crane service & went to Mehrauli Service center (Competent Automobiles Co Ltd ) with my burned car but where some one told me we will accept your car but you will pay 300/- day parking charges so plz suggest me what i can do in that case , you guys misguide your customer , even you didn’t support your customer .
I had call to nexa customer care many time but didn’t received positive feedback , I want my Car I didn’t know what you want to do that .

Disgusting!!!!!! no class of nexa when it goes for the service and accidental damage.. no spare parts no finishing no cleaning of the vehicle no time period of delivery of the vehicle... no decency to speak with customers after sales.....!!!!!!!
