Dear Sir,

my name is Mahendra Kumar Chauhan. On 04.10.2016, i have purchased a SONY LED TV KDL 43W800D from M/s Amaan Electronics,Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi -110092 Tel-011-43047551

They have promised me to give free 10000 MAh SONY POWER BANK after 2-3 days as it was out of stock at that time.

Here i want to inform you that the above free offer is given by SONY company in their advertisement, catalogs etc.

On 22.10.2016, when i visited the shop and told him to give offered 10000 MAh SONY Power Bank. They told me to take 5000 MAh SONY Power Bank as SONY Company is not supplying 10000 MAh power bank.

i am in contact of shop/dealer but they are refusing to provide 10000 MAh power bank.

Invoice and warranty card are attached herewith for your kind information and necessary please
