Not providing gas on time,cancel cash memo, don't pick phone

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Inden LPG consumer and my consumer no cx 11733927. I was booked gas cylinder as on 23rd Feb'15 and got sms. Booking no was- 654660. My cashmemo was generated as on 2nd March-2015 (cashmemo no-654660).
As on 7th March my cashmemo canceled without any reason.

I gain bookd gass as on 11 March'15 , but no cashmemo generated till date.

I have also complaint to to customer case on 18002333555 as on 7th March'15 and i was assured that problem will be shootout with in 48 hours, but till date i am waiting.
I have also tried so may time to contact with gass agency but they never pick my call.

Please advised , how much time should i wait without gas and what action you are taking against him.
