refilling of cylinder late not get refil yet

Hi concerned officers

My consumer no is 604061 with mauri HP ASANSOL.I booked my cylinder for refil on 1,st of march 2015 and today is 13 of march still not get my refil, we are suffering and people of Mauro not picking phone from three days why?we called several times of his mentioned number from consumer card by different different time intervals.not giving proper service and always demand of extra money by delivery boys and behave nonsense that already communicated with mauri with this concern but no result delivery boys always arguing for extra money if rs 20 each time.please look into this matter through channel and please save my time and negligence of the Customer for proper care.we value yours presence and hope that will do something satisfy as far as customer is concern.plz respond in my email vikas.jha18@gmail.com.
