my handfree is not working

My hand free is not working so I replace my hand free because my hand free are under warrenty.

Par sakarpur jain mandir k saamne karbonn ka service centre hai mei wahaan 4-5 chakkar laga chuka hu jab bhi jata hu kehte hai humare pass nahi hai stock mei unhone mujhe kaha tha ki 15 march k baad aana mil jaayegi hand free or jab mei 16 march ko gaya toh unhone fir yahi jawab diya k jab humare pass nahi hai ton hum kya banaye yahaan par handfree.
Mene kaha koi or service centre hai kya kahin toh kehte hai hume nahi pata customer care par baat karo or jab customer care ko phone lagao ton unka phone nahi lagta bataiye kya kare.
Ye log bagaye ja rahe hai aise karte karte handfree out of warrenty ho jayegi toh keh denge ki out of wareenty ho gayi hai handfree .
