Sir my gas consumer no. is LT-3022. i have booked for refilling of cylinder two weeks ago under ref. no. 284838. Cash memo no. 3000136236 was generated one week ago. but sorry to say that i have not received cylinder till date.

you are requested to supply the cylinder urgently.
