I had given my Karbonn A16 smart phone having display problem, for repair on 18/10/2014 to SV enterprises Karwar. The phone was under warranty period. Till date (11/03/2015), I didnot receive my mobile phone back.
Every time when I am calling, answer received is 'sir please wait for 2-3 days more. I will Call.'
