Camera is not working

Hello,

I have Samsung core 2 (SM-G355H) IMEI(354799064604720/01,354800064604726/01) this phone is under warranty this time and from last few days i am not able to open camera, getting camera failed warning.
I called customer care and they troubleshoot my phone by remote session but issue is as it is. Please help me out.
I am living in Noida Sec-63 Near by Fortis Hospital.
