double door fridge lower part not cooling

Freezing chamber is OK but lower part not working. Mechanic from Samsung is working on it for two days.has changed three parts the two bimetallic strip and timer, but not working.
Samsung service centre pH.no. 09832166105 sent me mechanic, also not given receipt.
