Dear Sir

We like to inform you that my customer no is 22161. Sir I online booking for cylinder on 28.01.2015 vide booking no. 211561 .

But we are sorry to say that we did not receive the cylinder.

This type of problem we face in very month. and after we complain the same thing time to time we did not get any solution till date.

Kindly Look in to the matter and delivery the cylinder.
