Dear Sir/Madam,

In den LPG consumer and my consumer no 16843. I was booked gas cylinder through online booking systems on 2nd Feb,2015 with booking reference no.645068 but cylinder not delivered till now.however i have submitted Copy of UID and Bank details to the our gas agency, Sai Seva Enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and also in Bank not single one time even 3-4 times but there is not update in record. i am requesting you to please check our status.
