Rude behaviour towards customers

My name is Vinay Praveen, (contact no 7671832817) i have booked a ticket at Inox GSM Madinaguda, Hyderabad, when i went to the theatre, i have purchased an ice cream in the ground floor of the mall, and completed before entering the inox lobby, then the security was rude and not allowing me to enter, i gently told him i was going to throw it in trash, but he was keep on saying that outside food is not allowed but i Said i was going to the trash can, and the security created a scene and called the duty manager Mr prasad. He was so rude he was asking me to leave the premises just for the that and he said he'll call the security and made me throughout. If this is how Inox staff behave with the customer how can we book in future. Please take necessary action i have video proof as well.
