No action taken by the management on online tickets booked

On 19 March 2022 I booked 2 tickets through book my show costsing 577.52.while booking it some network issues occur due to which confirmation of booking did not came. But the amount was deducted.we talks to the management about this but they did not helped us saying that without msg of confirm action they can't do anything. I raised the complaint in the bank also from where my money was deducted .they have closed the complain concluding that the transaction was successful.
