fraud and miscommunication to loot extra money

today 21-7-23 @ 6PM, i visited alpana CINEPLEX to purchase the ticket for upcoming show which was at 9:00 pm at 21-7-23 and i said to the ticket counter that i will come after this show and he gave me the ticket. but when i went there at 9 pm they torn the ticket and gave me a random seat. after 3-4 mins a man asked me to give my ticket for checking and i gave the torn ticket to that person and he said you can not watch this movie you need to pay again and he pulled me out of the hall. he did not listen me and continuosly talking inappropriately with me. i went to the manager and cash counter, every body's behavior was very bad towards me and managers behaviour was worst. so i left the cinema hall without watching movie.
