Dual MRP of Paper Boat Thandai in Delhi

I would like to bring to your notice that on 17th April'16, I booked 2 tickets of the movie "The Jungle Book" Inox Satyam Cineplex, Nehru Place, New Delhi. During the interval, we purchased the attached bill of items over the F&B counter.
However, we have been charged 3 times the MRP (maximum retail price) of a Paper Boat Thandai, which is available in the market between Rs.30 to Rs.40. Pls help in this regard. Is this a deliberate mistake done by the Inox management, taking customers for granted? Inox replied Cinema, Nehru Place, New Delhi that Paper Boat is supplying special stock of Thandai to them at a MRP of Rs. 150 (photo attached).However the same product is available at a local store in Delhi for Rs 30 to Rs 40.
I just wanted to understand that legally under which Consumer Rights Act/ Section of the law, Paper Boat are entitled to keep double standard MRP in New Delhi region. Need to be compensated for this harassment by Inox & action should be taken for the benefit of other consumers.
