Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to bring to your kind notice that INOX Leisure Limited, 2nd Floor, Raghuleela Mall, S.V. Road, kandivali-west, Mumbai-400067, has dual charged for packaged Water bottle, Kinley, 1000 ml which is available in retail shops outside shopping mall at 20 rs and in INOX, it was 50 rs.
On 06-05-2017, we visited to watch movie in INOX, Raghuleela Mall, Kandivali-west. During interval, we purchased water bottle, seeing at the rate it was mentioned as Rs. 50 for which i have the bill and also attaching it. Two different MRP is printed on the same quality and quantity of product by same manufacturer which was observed by me. Hence, Thought to bring to your kind notice and take necessary action so no other consumers should face such consequences again.
