Consumer complain against carnival cinemas for overcharging of prices

I went to the carnival cinemas, Indore to watch a movie. I purchased kinley water bottle of 1 ltr at 50 Rs which was not chilled, while same bottle available in market at 20 Rs only. If vendor can't provide chilled bottle, they can not charge extra prices. Please provide solution.
