I purchased a large size popcorn tub amounting Rs. 260 along with coke of 650ml & the total bill was charged Rs. 450 including all taxes.

After purchasing I didnt received bill for same... & even the counter guy got busy with other clients. As I was late for movie so I rushed for movie.

After completing movie I went to counter & asked for bill for my transaction. Counter guy was not ready to provide the same... After talking to his manager he provided handwritten copy of bill for my transaction.

Surprisingly the bill was charged for Large size popcorn tub & 900ml coke whereas I had received 600ml coke.
Counter guy refunded me 10rs. with a apology for same.

I hereby request concern to take a strict action against same. At the time of transaction it was clearly told to me coke at Rs. 160/- but in my billing it was charged as Rs. 190/- & later at the time of refund he refunded only Rs. 10/-

Complaint doesnt regards to refund of Rs. 10/-. It is regarding a theft which was done from me.. I hereby request you to take a strict action against same..
