Complaint against BookMyShow regarding taking internet handling charges.

Recently through an RTI, we got to know that RBI has not authorized BookMyShow to levy "Internet handling charges" while booking movie tickets through their website and it is illegal but they are still levying that. So we feel cheated and BookMyShow should refund this amount.
