Cinemarch cinema in Akota, Vadodara over charging for water

Today i had gone to Cinemarch cinema which is in Akota, Vadodara. During the interval i went to purchase a bottle of water, to my shock i was charged Rs 50 for a Kindle 1 litre bottle, this bottle is sold at Rs 20 outside. i saw the MRP and to my shcok again it was printed RS 50. i would like to ask why this difference in price and on top of that they do not allow to bring water from home. i would like to know is this legally allowed. what step can we take against these companies.
