Charging for vehicle parking at INOX NCS Multiplex at vizianagaram Andhra Pradesh

At multiplex theatre they are charging for car parking at INOX. when we have asked them they said the charges are charged by mall people for parking maintenance. My question is how a multiplex is running with out a free parking, They are charging twice in cinema tickets and also for parking a vehicle. They are charging Rs.150/- per cinema tickets and agin mall parking people are charging Rs.30/- for car parking. I want to know is it correct.
