Carnival Cinemas Online ticket booking

While trying to book tickets through their website carnivalcinemas.in,amount was debited from my account but tickets was not confirmed. I send an email regarding this to IT@carnivalcinemas.in on January 16 2016 but no reply from them till date. The same incident repeated on 06.02.16 also.When I contacted the multiplex they couldn't find out a solution. Thier online booking site is very poor and I have doubt regarding the payment security of this site.

    Today, i had seen a film in carnival cinemas from H and J mall kollam kerala. Staff asked me to pay combo charge for the ticket (120 +40 )and also they said they ticket will not give the ticket if i dont pay combo charge
