I purchased a Lava IrisQ last year October, which started showing faults by June 2014. I submitted it to the local service center in August 2014, they returned the phone after approx 3 weeks, stating that all the problems have been resolved.

But no, only minor problems had been addressed. They claimed changing the LCD screen to resolve the issue. But after 3-4 days of use, the problem resurfaced. I again went to the service center to get it checked, and they again got the resubmitted, stating that it will be sent to the main service center for rectification.

Its been more than a month, and whenever I enquire about the status of my phone, they say that it will be delivered in 3-4 days. This 3-4 days of Lava company has not yet come, as I am still awaiting their call to receive my phone.

I am a working professional and I dont have time to go and sit at their local service center for day long to get my problem solved. This has been the most harassing ordeal for me. I had great faith in Lava because of the quality they offer in their phones, with affordable price range. But alas, I think this is the final limit. I want a proper solution to my problem, with my phone being handed over at the earliest with all problems resolved, or either a compensation for the harassment I have faced in this entire process.
