consumer no B-05865 M/S BAL GAS SERVICES TARN TARAN . i have booked cylinder on 29 octuber BOOKING NO. 246414 .cylinder in not delivered till now .. today on 13 september 2014 they have given me CASH MEMO 3000144981 dated 12 september 2014 ... when i approached them for cylinder , they said that there is no cylinder left ... n also said tht u can complain wherever you want ..... n plz give me reason that why your services are taking so many days , n y cash memo is given after 15 days from booking , n cylinder still not given ..plz reply ...
