Complain couldn't link adhar with distributor online

I was trying to link my adhar online with lpg distributor but I couldn't find the distributor name Fuel centre in the drop down list of distributors of north 24 parganas. Pls advise is it possible to do this online or through sms? If possible through sms then to which no I need to send sms ?
