I bought karbonn a50s from flipkart after 4 days its software was damaged.. Then i took it to service Centre Net Surfer Poloview srinagar... 2 months have passed now still they are not giving me My phone... only software was a issue.. kindly look into the matter.. i need my phone immediately.. My Receipt no is 16513..
please look into the matter... i am very disappointed from this service centre... slow service
