Dear Sir I have purchased A-102 Micromax mobile on 12/10/2014 after two three days The IMEIS Nos of mobile was misplaced & mobile was stopped working i have given this to my dealer he deposited the set in service centre on 21st Oct after so many visits in service centre yesterday they returned our set without any repairing & ignored to change it Now we are going to take legal action against the company & service centre by tomorrow postively Even that they send us SMS today now as under:-

Dear Customer Your device deposited with us under jobsheet no. N080106-1014-13055865 Has been repaired Please collect it from the service centre Regards , Micromax Service
