Suddenly ABS & EBD not worked - Maruti suzuki

I was driving car(MH29BC4004) at 60km/hr and suddenly car's wheel was jammed and car has out of control, car slide and goes out of the road,
I have change car brek pad at every 10thousand km,
My question is that, if car on100 speed and that thime.....
I want my money return from the company beacus I have bad experience with that product my car no IS MH29BC4004.
