Overcharging by Ola my brother in law booked one cab each in the same category

Hi,

Trip CRN822183008. I and my brother in law booked one cab each in the same category and for the same pick up and drop location at the same time. Even the fare estimates were the same.

My pick up location was
Best Western Plus O2, 31/1 Main Road, South Tukoganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001

and my drop location was
Hotel Satyam, 125, Adjoining Mahakaleshwar Temple, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

Despite the same pick up and drop location, my distance traveled is showing 100 kms (67% higher distance than my bother in laws cap which saws 60 kms). The actual distance is also not more than 60 kms. I have neither ask the driver to take any other route nor took any break. Only break the driver took was for 2 to 3 mins for urinating.

Again, I have been charged 33% higher charges. I have been charged Rs 1433/- and my brother in law has been charged Rs 1074. It clearly shows OLA is trying to cheat loyal customer.

I have attached him receipt for your reference.

I have been trying to get a response from OLA but they are not giving me a clear answer or solution. Please help me get a resolution.
