Dear Team,

It has been a great association with Ford over the last few years.
However, time and above if the same issue re appears continuously one is obvious to get furious over this!
Let me again reiterate my bad experience with my vehicle ASPIRE DL10 CH7094.
I was coming all the way from Lakhimpur kheeri to lucknow on April 17th with my family.
However, I felt some technical fault in the car so we stopped at a near by mechanic.
We checked the basic essentials like coolant etc and once satisfied decided to march on!
However the mechanic also gave his wild guess that the car could have overheated which I was not ready to accept because I didnt got any ‘overheating alert’ in the car consol.
However, moving ahead the car got completely at hault and car started giving smoke from bonnet area thus stopped in the middle to the highway leaving us nowhere.
After quite strenuous effort the car did not start and fearing the safety on my family members I have to send them by local conveyance for rest of the journey.
I was there with car on the stranded highway.
Since it was evening and amid lockdown there was no mechanic available.
I had to stay in the car for all night and the next morning I got my car towed (paying hefty Rs 9,000) till lucknow.
Reaching here in lucknow, I directly went to the ford dealership
(MGS Ford,Ismailganj, Lucknow).
After initial investigation they told me that the car was overheated and since I continued to drive it got completely broken down. They told that car head gasket and block needs to be replaced..
I told them very honestly that I DID NOT got any warning alert however, MGS ford is not keen to listen!
Over and above this, they have given me an estimate of Rs One Lakhs!!! This has been a verbal estimate, Im asking them for written quotation which they are not providing.
To my utmost disappointment, I want to get a clear and straight feedback from FORD INDIA on the below concern points:
1- I have already raised this issue(overheating) TWICE via mail dated 9Aug,18 followed by 24th Sep 18. Why my concern was not taken care by??
2- I am ready to get my car checked in front of me to prove that the Overheating Alert light is not working.
3- I was with my family on the highway....if due to overheating there was any mis happening or casualty, is FORD INDIA going to compensate my losses??
4-Why should i buy a ford again in future
5-Because of this small fault of heat warning lamp not working (which was raised multiple times) it would cost me a hefty 1 lakh rupees. Ford india has to compensate this because its a failure in their machine and we suffered a lot due to this physically and mentally.

Finally, I would like FORD INDIA to intervene in this matter and communicate MGS FORD the criticality of the matter.
I have this faith on FORD that my case will be taken care by, however, not meeting to my expectations, I would be forced to escalate this matter to higher authorities and other platforms.
Hoping for true long term relationship.
