I would like to raise this issue that vehicle no. UP13BT6547 was driving so inappropriate that hit and run case could have happened, driver was without seat belt and using his mobile while driving.
Upon asking he started abusing and was willing to have a quarrel.
I would have answered the same way but thought not to indulge in such actions, instead decided to raise the complaint regarding same
I would like to know what actions are being taken.
