I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred during a recent private cab service .My purpose for writing this complaint is to report the unprofessional behavior and misconduct of one of your cab driver, whose actions not only violated the terms of the service agreement but also posed a serious threat to the safety and well-being of the passengers.

I had booked a private cab through your service to travel from NS Gate to Bangalore, specifically to Marathalli for house dropping. The agreed-upon fare was Rs. 700 per seat, and the driver had initially confirmed his willingness to drop me and my sister-in-law at our specified destination.
However, upon reaching our destination, the cab driver abruptly refused to honor the initial agreement and insisted on dropping us at Hebbal, which is significantly distant from our intended location. When we questioned this sudden change, he claimed that there was a misunderstanding and accused us of making a deal with another cab driver without informing him of our destination.
The situation escalated as the driver became confrontational and made threats to withhold our luggage unless we paid the full amount. Fearing for our safety, my sister-in-law reluctantly paid Rs. 600, and we had to arrange an additional ride through another service to reach our intended destination in Marathalli.
This incident is not only a clear breach of the agreement between the cab driver and us but also raises serious concerns about the safety of passengers who avail themselves of your services. Such unscrupulous behavior by your drivers is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.
