I am appearing two times driving licence test in under siliguri RTO and sorry to say that after successful driving test MVI of said RTO mark fail when I asked them region they not give any satisfactory answer and said this is depend on me pass or fail you can not ask me question in this regard I am totally helpless so kindly do the videography of said skill test so that any biased result can be calculated.
