I bought Honda WR V model from destination honda on 23rd july 2018. After 2nd free service, i noticed voice operated navigation system is not working in my car.I lodged complaint verbally to dealer, destination honda. their engineers also tried but nothing they cud do to restore the service.destination honda says whenever updates for voice operated navigation system will b done by honda vendors, it vill b updated but till date no news.i lodged compaint to honda on 31st dec 2018 in writing but same answer. i said, either repair it or replace it but both the way, they do not want to do.can grahak suraksha manch do anything in this manner?
