I have booked Innova car

We are a family of 8 adults and 3 kids who are travelling to Delhi from Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi and Indore.
During the trip, driver is taking heavy amount of alcoholic drink and driving which is putting all of us in a big risk.
He is very arrogant and driving rash. His car is also 2015 model which has not been maintained and creating a lot of smoke. AC of the car is not working.
We are travelling with kids and we are very scared to drive with him. He also refused to travel as per fixed schedule. We had to book other hotels, cab and had to change all your trip planning because of him.
