Complaint against Ola Cabs Irresponsible and Unprofessional Driver

Hi,

We have booked the cab CRN506250389(Driver name : Jagdish) on 25/12/16. We actually booked the cab from Barbeque Nation, Indira Nagar to Hoodi but then later we asked him to change the drop location but he refused to change and started abusing us with bad words. I want strict action against him because his way of speaking and mannerism was totally unprofessional. We had a female friend also with us so it is expected from the driver that he should be polite. We don't want any money. We want strict action against him from Ola.

We want that Ola should screen their drivers thoroughly because a driver knowing driving is not enough. Driver should know some etiquettes.

I will continue the complain until Ola assures me that proper action has been taken against the driver.
