Greetings of the day !!

Hope you & your family are well during these challenging times.

This is to inform you that, myself had travelling very frequently in Uber whenever I am in Kolkata.


However, this is my very close observation while I booked Uber all the drivers in Kolkata are refused to switch on the Ac while travelling. Why so?? When we are paying the fair as it comes in fair list. No where in India it is like this !!! Hope you don't know this issue, which is going on at present in Kolkata.

Request you to Investigate the matter on high priority & let me know the end result. Other wise I have to inform this matter to Consumer Forum.
