I take UBER trips from office to home fares come around 120-130Rs(screenshot regulardays and regulardays_charges attached ) , distance approx 10k.m. but this trip, the pick (12:45pm) and drop locations(1:23pm).. 31 minutes....

Distance calculated between the same start and end point is 25K.m. wrongly calculated and I was charged 323Rs.. (charged attached)


I tried reaching uber support but they haven't helped resolving the issue.
