Respected sir I have been writing this notification to over to inform you that my driver did not respond to the chat messages that I had given him and he came for the pickup after a very long time and because I had to board a train I had to book another ride for the same

Uber is charging me cancellation fees for the same issue we want to inform you the that we already had difficulty to board a train because of Uber driver did not came for the pick up or came at very late time please review my cancellation fee and wave it off that's all I am requesting and return to me the Uber cash that was deducted on the account of same
