Not refunding my correct Excess amount and car registration document from Aug-2017

1. I booked car on 09/08/2017 by paying Token of 5000
2. Full Payment on 29/08/2017 - 5,03,574
3. 32,500 for insurance, but insurance value is 29,000/ only and no receipt till date
4. 30,000 rto registration( the Actual Registration fee is around 15000)
they also asked for 12500 in cash for Speed governer ( The actual cost is 6000/-, which i got installed from another company and asked for my 12500 refund but not yet refunded)
I am working in a private firm, on freelancing type job, not a fixed monthly income ( some times no job), so i decided to take a car to attach to uber / ola to have a financial backup to my family
It was very difficult to raise the amount of Rs 5 lac for me, any how i managed,
I got the delivery of car on 30.09.2017 on day of dussehra, from that day my car is lying idle as there is no registration document yet provided, i cannot use the car, it was promised that the registration documents will be delivered within 15 days after delivery but not yet receivd, i visited the showroom people so many times but, they are lying, and blaming the rto, where as the RTo delivers document in 7 working days.
Also they are not refunding my money.
At the time of delivey i observed the low air pressure in the back tyre, i immediately informed the sales executive, but he said there is no problem,
4 days back i requested to take my car for 1st servicing, when the brought the car back the same tyre found puncture, now they are not taking any responsbility
I done a full payment in the month of August
My car is T-permit,on average of 30,000/- per month is the earning, hence i have a loss of around 90,000/-rs , but these guys dont care and even they dont reply properly for the refund amount and the registration documents
I requested them , that i myself will do the registration, if not possible for you,and requested to refund my amount,to that also they are not agreed

Its a big harrassment that me and my family is facing

presently i, am at outdoor job, so i cannot visit the showroom, hence my wife is struggling and facing the harrasment and rude behaviour of the sales executive.

Please do something, as she alone cannot go to the police station and cant face the other judicial matters

Please do some thing so that these should get their punishment for cheating and harrasment.
