Booked Ola outstation from ALUVA to Thiruvalla for 2 days 28th to 30th Aug. No. CRN 1003160665 ( 400 kms for 2 days for Rs 6069 ). Completed travel after 360 Kms. Amt charged 9089. Contacted Ola. The person was very rude and informed the charge is for 3 days. I had booked only for 2 days and travelled 40 kms less Excess 3000 charged. The booking statement had mentioned that excess will be charged for driver allowance of Rs 250 per day. The trip was delayed by 2 hrs. I had booked on days basis only and not hourly basis. I request refund of excess charged.
