Delivery delaying and misbehaviouring.

Car Booking Complaint Complaint Date: May 15, 2017
I had booked a maruti swift lxi car on 21st march 2017 at sarathy elampel showroom and they promised me to deliver the car with in two weeks.when they took my booking the sales executive giv me some consumer offers more than other dealers in my area. Also thy gav me an exchang bonus of Rs15000 With my 2004 Model ambassador.So finally i paid all amount the car on road price on 3rd may 2017 and then promised me they should delivr the car with in three days.after that when i contact the executive at delivery date they tells excuses like, their system is down,TP can't register.again they promised they must deliver the car on 08th may monday.the same date morning i were call the excutive he refuse to talk with me at right time.then a female rep callback me and tells the same story again that their sytem is down and Next day they will deliver the car.and again they always promising me they will deliver on wednsday, friday, and finally monday(15 May). Unfortunatly still the car not delivering and now they avoid my phone calls. Now im totally disappointed with them, now i thinking to cancel my booking.for this purpose i took a car loan from hdfc bank and i paid its first emi on 5th may. Sir pls help me to solve this problem.
